Absolutely, sad news indeed. Mike has been to my place, probably 20 years 
ago, to drink some of my beer and ratchet-jaw for a couple hours.  Was 
driving a somewhat ratty older gmc van, full of organ pipes as he was in 
the middle of doing an upgrade to a church instrument someplace whose 
name I have long forgotten.  Mike was an original, and had a lifetime of 
been there, done that's to his credit then.  So I have some wet eyes 
reading of his passing.  Many thanks for the sharing message, Bill.
