David,
Use the link below and get the Windows offline version. Match the
architecture (32/64 bit) to your version of Windows 7. Get it over there
however you can. CD/DVD, use a crossover cable between two ethernet
adapters, or use 7-Zip to split the archive up onto floppy disks if you
have those.
