[Coco] VCC isues.

Keep in mind that with the latest versions of Windows, the .ini file can't be in the program directory. The specific directory for the vcc.ini has been previously mentioned either here or on Facebook but I don't remember the directory.

I set it up in Windows7 and it worked nice, however when I came back
later after a  Windows7 reboot all the settings were gone and I dont see 
a
vcc.ini file. Any Idea what I am doing wrong really don't want to have 
to
redo all the settings every day to use it.
