[Coco] ovcc and ubuntu (Wally?)

Okay, I built libagar 1.6.0 and installed it in the system fs, and
ovcc seems to be running.
Except I'm not finding a way to get disk basic running, and the
configure menu does not seem to include options for the disk
controller.
