[Coco] Some details on CoCo 1 ROM burning

I have a couple of USB programmers and I shortly discovered that the
68776 was not in the supported list. Consulting the datasheet I found
out why; that led to trying to find the EMP-20. I soon realized the
ROMs were going to cost me more than the CoCo.
