If you can get the program in an audio file format (WAV, etc.) you should be able to load most things by just hooking a cable up from sound card output to the cassette cable.
However, ASCII programs that relied on the cassette relay motor to pause and start the tape might have issues. Basically, anything that needs to click that relay to pause the sound might have an issue on a sound card playback because it cannot pause.
