[Coco] CoCo 1 Extended BASIC game with “La Cucaracha” music?

My quest to find the old 80s Ghostbuster music/printer demo is ongoing… Here’s another one I’d like to track down.

When I was first getting a CoCo, I recall the Radio Shack salesman showing me alot of CoCo programs. One was in Extended BASIC, and was some sort of adventure game (not text or animated, more like screen to screen graphics). I only recall one scene where it would draw a house and play the “La Cucaracha” music for that scene. I have no idea what it was, but it may have been in a magazine. 

I would have seen this around 1982 or 1983. Ring any bells?
