[Coco] TA 2021

The boarder is locked down and only open for essential travel.  I live in Ontario and our province has also barred travel between us and the province of Quebec on our right and Manitoba on our left.  The Police have setup check points and will not allow non Ontario plates to enter or leave. We are under a mandatory stay at home order in ontario.

I don't understand.  We have travel back and forth over the border
all the time.  There is never a time I drive on I84 or I81 that I
don't see Quebec and Ontario license plates.  My daughter's ex-husband
is dating a Ukrainian from Quebec and they don't seem to have any
problem going back and forth to see each other.  She was here in
February, he went there in March and now she is back here.  maybe
you just need to try a different border crossing place.
