[Coco] Help with Nitros9 on SDC?

An interesting data point:
I tried using drivewire images instead of the sdc, thinking it might be
something odd with my sdc.
This image, when booting from a DW mounted image, also failed in
seemingly the same place:
https://nitros9.sourceforge.io/snapshot/NOS9_6809_L3_v030300_coco3_dw.dsk
*but* the L2 version at
https://nitros9.sourceforge.io/snapshot/NOS9_6809_L2_v030300_coco3_dw.dsk
booted just fine.
As I'm reading that the difference between L2 and L3 is in the memory
manager, does this suggest something odd with my 512k memory upgrade?
Its a Tandy AXX-7117. Is there a diagnostic tool anyone recommends?
Thanks,
Don

I'm using the 68SDC.VHD image. It loops through the modules and after ...'Clock Clock2 it*j' it stops and says 'FAILED'. I am running in a 512K coco3 with 6809. Thoughts?
