Most of the current RAM upgrades for the CoCo 3 are using SRAM chips with
some form of logic to support it.

Cloud 9's and Boyson Tech's RAM upgrades are using SRAM chips as those are
cheaper than normal DRAM and using a CPLD for logic support.

I haven't seen Zippster's RAM boards that go with the GIME-X to know what
support logic are on those.
