You cannot do a to assignment if the src diretory is in the to 
assignment, thats recursive forever. IOW, one assignment cannot include 
the other. They must be separate, non-overlapping paths.

Also, I did a patch that effects dsave several years back that stops it 
from doing an error exit if the target directory exists, actually I 
patched the makdir call IIRC.  With the difficulty I've had, getting 
patches into nitros9, you may not have either. And while my coco has 
expired, those updates are available from my web page in the sig below.
