Is there not a README in that file?
Basically you add both the driver and the descriptor to your boot file.
The descriptors comments should tell you what to do with /r0, using
dmode to set its size in 8k blocks. Its self formating on the first
access which takes a few milliseconds, then its ready for use. To
recover ALL the memory it uses, deiniz it. Every byte is released.
Usable on a 512k machine, but really gets up to full power on a 2 meg
disto equipt machine like mine was/is. Its died, I suspect from dried
out caps, as it wasn't turned off for 30 years unless the power went
out.
That README still exists on my web page in the sig, help yourself. Under
os9-stf IIRC.
