[Coco] SDC 550 MB Hard Drive extension update

Replace the file 'SDCEXP.DSK' on the root of your SDC's SD card to have true lowercase on the COCO3 when using the Hard Drive extension. I fixed the INVERSE characters to display in lowercase. As an added bonus any program loaded from the SDC via SDCX will also have the INVERSE characters fixed if that program uses them.
