[Coco] Reflashing RSDOS on CoCoSDC.

Just downloaded RSDOS 2.1 from the archive site. Then download the SDCSETUP.DSK. This is the firmware updater. Just copy the RSDOS rom to that. Dsk., then rename it 'SDC-DOS.ROM'.   When you run the SETUP.BAS it will flash the RSDOS rom

I've inadvertently overrode bank 1 on the sdc which houses RSDOS. Is there a way to reflash rsdos to bank with disk extended basic? If so, which rom(s) and flash program do I use?
