[Coco] Where to get Ar2 for OS9

Carl's original was 1.0, but that version does not seem to exist any
more (and may not have been uploaded anywhere we might have known
about  anyway -- remember, Carl has never owned a CoCo). The earliest
version I have is 1.2.

But the "2" doesn't mean it's version 2 (though it is, it's a modified
version of 2.01), it means "this is another, incompatible ar"
