Ok Jeff I re-released the package as
http://jechar.ca/coco/Download/Utils4OS9.dsk

Package includes

programs for changing the attributes of a list of files ( attrall )
copying comma separated list of files to another directory (send2)
completely unlinking a set of modules (uLall), closing an overlay
window left open by a program crash (o) or restoring a missing
cursor (cu) and finally making a set of directorys (Basic09 makedirs)
specified by a file list. (/dd/sys/dirlist)

The third party freeware ls program is included as it provides
a way to easily create a file list.

After a couple of steps described in the 1st.readme file the rest
of the install is accomplished with a install.sh script this includes
placing all executable and source files in appropriate
directory.

The third party "unix" utilitys go in /dd/cmds/u rather then
/dd/cmds so they will not overwrite any similar utility you
already have so for example to list the current directory you
would type u/ls rather then ls.
