The second hopeless thing are replies to the list which aren't real
replies because of lacking substantial header lines (In-Reply-To,
References). Some mail clients (like Gmail) are not able to do threading without
this information. Some other (like Mutt) can cope with this if configured
to group similar subjects. But this is more or less a workaround on which
we shouldn't rely on.
Anyway, it's a pain to have clients around like the one on a BlackBerry
device not able to send proper replies. :(
