I have a copy of "Quaver" Dinnis sent me years ago. I thought the source was uploaded to the archives but if not I can upload it. I also have the source for Lester Hands' "Music II" that I can upload.

I wrote a program called "Color Quaver" that does this -- multiple 
voices at different times. See if you can find a copy; someone on the 
list may know. I don't have it anymore.
