[Coco] SDC Troubles

My CoCoSDC seems to have quit working properly.
If I insert a newly formatted SD card and type 'DIR "/'
I get:
   L   16449K
   L   16449K
   L   16449K
   L   16449K
   -   0K
OK

while the same command on a SD card with files gives me a corrupted listing

This is SDC-DOS 1.6 CC3
