I'm not sure that the .zip I see in the archive (2020-03-02 9:51) is the package that David is 
referring to but ...
The earliest OS-9 releases were not for the Coco3 and VCC emulates only the Coco3. David should try 
using the Level1 disk with MAME/MESS and Coco1 or Coco2b emulation.
