[Coco] How to use runb?

A BASIC09 program is a set of procedures; your listing doesn't include the
necessary PROCEDURE statement. If your program starts with the line

PROCEDURE pipe

then when you pack it, the resulting module will be named pipe, NOT a good
idea, because it will clash with the pipe device descriptor module name.
