[Coco] + 5v on a coco1

As an oldtime 7400 designer VCC is the highest number pin, in the upper left. GND is in the lower right corner pin n/2 (pin 7, 8 or 10 for a 14, 16, or 20 pin IC). There are a couple exceptions but rarely used numbers.
