[Coco] Interchangeability of Coco2 and Coco3 Cases?

I believe the internal mounting points for the board and transformer are 
different, BUT, I have no proof of that.  I am interested in hearing a 
definite answer to that.

As to the keyboards, yes, they are interchangeable.  I have a CoCo 2 
with a CoCo 3 keyboard.
