[Coco] Interchangeability of Coco2 and Coco3 Cases?

Aside from the labeling, is a Coco2 case interchangeable with the Coco3?
In other words, can a Coco2 case be used to replace a poor condition Coco3
case?

Same question for the transformer and keyboard.  I understand that the
Coco3 has the extra keys (F1, F2, ESC), but do the other keys map correctly?
