[Coco] Responder: Free GIMP course at uDemy

I recently used GIMP to process the Gauntlet images that I used in 
Gauntlet Party on OVCC.

I used the palette optimization tool to pick the most appropriate colors 
in a limited 16 color palette and then spit out the files a raw a pixel 
per byte files.

These files were then easily converted to 16 color 2 pixels per byte 
format (a bit a C code) and wah lah.
