I'm fairly new to Git....
 From what I understand...  By making the Repo, PUBLIC, anyone can view 
it and Pull a Copy of it or Forks it to another Repo..
If someone Pulls a Copy, and makes changes to the Code, they can Push 
them Back, but the Main Code is not updated until you Decide to update it.
