[Coco] Off Topic: FM16W08-SH DIP part?

I’m organizing all my electronics parts for the first time ever. Most everything I have is for CoCo or Arduino projects (the rest are for Halloween stuff). I came across a tiny chip on a DIP package (24 pins) and have no idea why I have it. It’s this:

I *think* this is telling me this is 64K?

I have no idea why I have this, or what it’s for, so I thought I’d ask here and see if this was something that came up in relation to a CoCo project in the past five or so years.

Anyone recognize it from anything?
