Others have answered the basic how-to.

These days, most folks use drag-and-drop solutions like Wix or Squarespace or
word processor sorts of things like WordPress. Depends on who you get for a
web host.

If you're getting a raw server (mine is a leased Unix server), then you need
the coding part.
