The version of arc I have is probably the same one you have... about 25 years old. It's just that good :-)

I am quite sure I have arc but also quite sure it is ancient about 25 
years old.
Never used it thought it was an archiver and I used LHZ almost 
exclusively.
Could you send me a copy of the updated binary as an attachment to a
