[Coco] How to permanently change NitrOS-9 directories within a script?

Add "var.0=12" to the script call for example.
That is in the script "w.s" on:
http://home.mindspring.com/~sfischer666/
That script creates two new windows and changes the current window color
to what I can best read. "Windows.s is my starting new windows and
changing the current window master script.
