[Coco] Tandy Visual Studio Code Extensions

Hi all,

Just found a couple of extensions of Visual Studio Code that were
apparently written by Tandy <https://www.tandyonline.com/>.

One is for BASIC <

and the other is for 6x09 assembly <

Just thought it would be interesting for those that use VS Code around
