[Coco] NitrOS9 and 6309 code

I think I was using 2.1A so at least one version is missing.

It's really sad that the main user interface which had features matching 
the JCL (Job Control Language) that I used programming on a Super 
Computer although some Shellplus capabilities were awkward to use.
