[Coco] NitrOS9 and 6309 code

That's a important question that has been ignored every time I bring it up.

I have yet to find any documentation describing it.

But the major damage was done BEFORE NitrOS-9 and the NitrOS-9 Shell is
~ 50% the size of Shellplus 2.1.

The author of that damage owned up to it on CoCo years ago.

I never saw the busted version on Delphi.

Gene and I discovered the same failure within two weeks when we each
tried to run a script that appends the output to a file. Gene later said
he did not.

I ran two or three of the customize scripts to produce the shellplus
version I relied on. I had ~ 30 - 50 scripts in my EOU "C" development
environment. Most all are busted so badly that I gave up on NitrOS-9
completely.

The usually response is "you don't need to do those things".

Just start trying things in the Shellplus documentation that I have a
copy of here along with some of the scripts I wrote.
