[Coco] CoCo 3 modern monitor solutions

[CoCo Demus]

Not to mention my French Coco-2 Peritel works out of the box with this
converter and the image is beautiful. Pure RGB from MC6847 :D and no need
for wallwart as the peritel already provides 12v.
