[Coco] Video band width and accessing video memory

The CoCo3FPGA definitely has a way to select palettes from more than 256 colors, actually 4096. There’s a trick Gary used to map it in. I’d have to look it up again because I remember writing a demo for him to test that function. I would assume he’s doing the same thing on GIME X but I’ll ask him next time I talk with him.
