[Coco] Upgrading a CoCo 1

Are you talking about upgrading to 32K via piggybacking two sets of 16K
RAMs?  I had that for a while, back in the early days.  That upgrade
wouldn't require a new ROM.  The 1.0 Color Basic ROM's problem is that it
can't detect the presence of 64K chips and set the SAM's memory map
accordingly.
