[Coco] Upgrading a CoCo 1

"D" board.  Clip 8 capacitors, add wiring to use "extra" gates on the 
74LS02, cut some traces and other additional wiring.  Of the CoCo 1s, 
the "D" board is the most complicated.  Given the relative rarity of 
unmodified "D" boards I would be reluctant to upgrade it.
