[Coco] Correction: OS9 Level I

As Robert said, chd & chx are not separate command modules, but built in commands in the shell module. The shortened versions (cd & cx) are only found in the various versions of "shellplus" (L2 only), which comes as default with NitrOS9 L2.

In case it has not yet been mentioned, chd and chx are NOT separate commands in OS-9 Level I. There
