Found the issue.

The modules contained a reference to an unused local library on my system.

I have removed the reference and updated the modules on the google drive.

I found an issue where some of the modules aren't working in the distribution (run time) environment under Ubuntu. 

Mpi is one of those. 

Harddrive is working. 

Scratching my head and looking into it. 

Early days.
