I always played using the deluxe joystick. With the joystick, you pull back
on the stick to go up, push forward on the stick to go down, and side to
side on the stick to bank right or left.

Curtis, I believe that the runways would be a distance apart, but not so
far that you couldn't fly from one to the other. But you will have to look
for it.
