[Coco] Basic09 Cursor.

For VDG windows, use the SS.Cursr GetStat call ($25). For the normal windowing system, I actually don’t see one. If you do some F$CpyMem calls to find your current Window table entry, you can get them from there… but we should really add the SS.Cursr call to CoWin (as well as CoVDG).
