Download and install Ubuntu Lite to the Intel Compute Stick.  LUBUNTU is a very small distro that is all that is needed.
Now dowload WINE and instal the package.  It will automatically show up in the LUBUNTU menu.
Copy VCC to the program folder of WINE.
Navigate to the program folder of WINE and you can launch  VCC.EXE .   This is a Windows executable that will launch under WINE.
