[Coco] Battery-Backed RTCs for CoCo?

Yes, Extended ADOS-3 supported the DS1216 SmartWatch, the B&B clock, two
versions of the Disto clock and the KenTon one.

Files were date and time stamped in the directory, LLISTed programs had the
date at the top, and a function DATE$ was added to Basic that gave a
date/time string value.
