[Coco] Battery-Backed RTCs for CoCo?

The Burke & Burke clock is another version of the DS1216E SmartWatch sold
by Radio Shack.  I think it differs from the 1216 only in that you cannot
piggyback another chip on top of it.  The software is for driving it is
identical.
