[Coco] Open VCC update

Hi all

 

Just to let you know.

 

I have successfully converted VCC to native Linux using SDL2/AGAR and I have
it running.

 

I can start the emulator and use basic.  Sound works.  I can load game
cartridges ok.  Dungeon of Daggorath works!

 

I am now working on converting the other modules:

 

MPI

Harddisk

Etc

 

The code should work without modification on Windows (MINGW) as well.  But I
have yet to try that.

 

I'm working on the harddisk module first so I can boot into OS9.

 

Getting closer to finishing!!!
