[Coco] 8" Disks and NitroOS9

Bill,
A 8" disk had a transfer rate of 500Kbs, going from memory here but there was no standard CoCo disk controller that did that data rate.
You could hack the old 3029(??), I did one here but was like building a new card.
The data transfer rate is the same as what was used in the small 3.5" disk, so the CoCo could do HD transfers.
