[Coco] CoCoSDC - OS-9 utilities?

Hi, has anyone got this disk image working? I'm trying to use it on a
Dragon 64 running OS/9 and a CocoSDC and I'm running into problems.
When I attempt to list the contents of the CMDS directory, I get 'Error
241, Sector Error'. I can list the contents of the SRC directory just fine,
but any attempts to look at the files in there gives me an 'Error 214, No
permission'.
I will admit I'm new to OS/9, so not sure if this is a Dragon issue or an
issue with the disk image. This happens under Xroar, as well as on the
machine itself.
Many thanks in advance!
