   Hi John Mark,
   Tim Lindner made those replica cardboard boxes for the CoCo cartridges.
   I believe he still has some left for sale. I also have some for sale
   (of his) in Canada. He gave me some to sell for people who live in
   Canada to save on shipping expenses.
