This quite closely mirrors a list of suggestions that I had sent to Stevie and a few others to review. My original notes from May 9th follows (I think we all got too busy and forgot about it).
Proposals for next Coco Fest
---------------------------------------
1) Revision of Booth Tour - It should include all vendors and attendees. As we approach each booth, the vendor(s) for that booth would explain who they are, and what they are selling/displaying. That way, all vendors (as well as attendees) would get to see everything. Once the tour is over, then vendors return to their tables, and attendees will know where to go for specific things they want (or want more information on). This is what I had envisioned for this year, but I obviously didn't explain it properly/fully.
2) All hardware vendors that are doing repairs should be in the main hall only, so that they don't have to shut down during the auction (especially when busy doing repairs/upgrades, which can be a little noisy).
3) There should be set times of the day (maybe every couple of hours, or twice a day, etc.) where vendors can write down any "show specials" they will have going on, or letting people know that they are (or have) run out of stock of any items. These could be handed to Tony (or whomever is doing announcing), and all of them would be read aloud at the same time, thus being more fair to vendors both old and new. I remember this being done at times at the original Rainbowfests.

> All vendors in the same room, please. Yes, that may mean moving locations. A good problem to have, right? I’m not sure I would bother having a table again if it was in the Auction room, away from the “action”.
