I've been idly skimming through this thread. I don't mind it. I've seen
some that say this is completely off topic, and some that firmly believe
it's not. I've been on the fence, not really sure which way I felt.
Something was bothering me, but I wasn't quite sure what... until just
now. Is this email list about the CoCo, or the CoCo community? If it's
strictly about the CoCo, then this thread is off topic. If it's about the
CoCo community, then this thread is very on topic. Anything that sheds
light into what makes up our community today would be spot on target. So
the real question is, what is this email list's purpose? I suspect
different people will answer different ways. Is there a central point of
contact for this email list, maybe someone who would definitively know the
purpose of this email list? Or is it's purpose completely community driven?
